Why Does ArcGIS Experience Builder Developer Edition Not Ask For Client ID?

Trying to figure out why ArcGIS Experience Builder Developer Edition not ask for the Client ID like the docs say it will when starting the software. Will This cause problems for me if I try to publish an experience?

The environment that I am connecting to is an ArcGIS Enterprise Portal (10.8.1) using Web Tier Authentication. The ArcGIS Experience Builder Developer Edition can connect and I am able to pull in web maps and layers with no problem.

Am I setting this up incorrectly or is this normal?

I'm having the same issue. There is no way to specify the client ID like other Portal connections I sign into

Has there been any updates from either of you? I'm running into the same issue. I'm using portal 10.9.1, but client id disappears. If I use arcgis online it asks for my client id and I connect successfully. @JoshuaClanton @RYANCARL
