ArcGIS Experience Builder print widget can't find custom template shared in ArcGIS Portal

Hi everyone,

I am currently trying to publish a report from experience builder developer editon 1.15's print widget. But when I configure the print widget using the export webmap tool published from ArcGIS Pro, the print widget can't find the custom report templates in the use report from report item option.

Also for this purpose I have prepared a custom report template and shared it in portal. The version of my ArcGIS Portal is 11.3.
Actually I tried in both 11.2 and 11.3 portals but the functionality is not working.
Can anyone help to identify the reason for which the print widget can't find the custom templates that I shared in portal?

Hi @WahidIbneZakir ,

I cannot reproduce this bug in Portal 11.3.

Could you try making your report item public to see if this bug still exists?

Besides, when searching for report items, please help check the network and make sure that the request URL points to the portal where you upload the report item.

Another possibility I can think of is that we currently only support .rptx report files in Experience Builder.
