Animate a map in experience builder from a list selection

I am new to arcgis but I am trying to find out if it is possible to have a list of countries and when a country it selected build a dynamic flow animation showing the connection between that country and all connected countries with a thickness based on the count field. I have created the static flow diagram but am unsure of my next step. For example the dataset is source_country,target_country,count,datetime. I would like it so when a country it selected the line starts at the source country and then is drawn out to all targets. Is this possible? what do I need to use/learn. Thanks in advance.,

Hi OliverAdams-Thorbjoernsen,

It is not possible that when a country it selected the line starts at the source country and then is drawn out to all targets.

When the source country is selected, all lines associated with it appear at the same time, it could be done.
