Print Service Custom Layouts NOT filtering on visible rows

Hi All,

I have create custom layouts in ArcGIS Pro 3.1 and published the print service following the instructions here to my Enterprise 11.1:

I got print service working.

I added following widgets on my Experience builder app:

Print widget - configured with custom layouts.
Filter widget - querying object id to filter and show only 1 feature on Map.

I am experiencing issue with with dynamic text fields in printed layout, layout is configured to show values to VISIBLE ROWS of MAP FRAME. But while printing, dynamic text populates for all features in MAP EXTENT even if the features are not visible (filtered out with filter widget).

Did anyone ran into this issue?

Hi @Ankitkhanna ,

Currently, the Experience Builder print widget does not support dynamic text. You can follow the Support issue ENH-000161074 to track this feature.

As a workaround, you can publish custom print services that include reports. Below is a tutorial on how to publish such a custom print service:

Hi @ShengdiZhang thanks for responding to this case. I am not report can be a solution as I want mapframe and attributes in single layout/page. But I will try this to test out if report works.

Hi Shengdi,

I am experiencing the same dynamic text limitation as the OP using my custom print template but when I use the Printing Service ESRI Templates, the filter I have set up in EB is working giving me the dynamic text behavior I am seeking.

Any thoughts?
