Learning Experience Builder Fundamentals

There are a million small government agencies that have to make the switch over from WebApp Builder to Experience Builder. Where are the resources and trainings to learn the fundamentals of Experience Builder? I am not looking for anything fancy or too specialized, just the fundamentals.
