Clustering pop ups in webmaps and applications

Is it possible to cluster points on a webmap or application on AGOL and have the system zoom in and spread out the points without JavaScript/programming?

Yes, you can enable clustering inside the map viewers and use that web map inside a Map widget in Experience Builder. However currently, we do not have any settings in the widget to turn on and off clustering.

Is there a way to get the icons to zoom and spread out? I do understand how the clustering works currently but I have seen other products and wanted to know if AGOL had the same capability. Please PM me so I can send you an example.
