Free Bing/Azure Maps Streetside View Integration for Experience Builder

I am working on a project using ArcGIS Experience Builder and need to integrate a Streetside View feature. Specifically, I want users to click on a street and see the Bing/Azure Maps Streetside View in a popup or new browser window. Given the deprecation of Bing Maps for Enterprise, I am unsure how to use Azure Maps.

Is there a free solution available for public works departments and ideally for public use as well? I work for a small remote county (Wahkiakum) where Google Maps Street View does not have very good coverage.

According to Google Terms of Service, it is a violation to display Google data like StreetView images on a non-Google branded map. I'm sure Bing and ESRI and everyone else have similar terms.

Here is a custom widget that opens a link to Google StreetView. It does not violate Terms of Service because the link opens on a separate Google branded page. You should be able to adapt it to work with Bing.
