Survey123 widget does not recognize questions in groups

I have a Survey123 form that was created in Connect that is embedded in an Experience Builder site. The form contains groups (and was set up with field-list as the style, but that has since been removed).

When trying to use the "Send data to this survey" option and pass attributes from a polygon in the map to the Survey123 form, the "Field/question connections" does not recognize fields (questions) in the survey that are within a group. Once I removed all my questions from groups, they all appeared as options.

Has anyone else experienced this? I didn't see anything on the forum but maybe I missed it. Perhaps this is a bug. Thanks.
