Am I missing something, or is there any way to change the labelling for pulling back all records in a Spatial Query other than the ''. I realise that this means you're not using any filters, but to my users, who are not so GIS savvy it's not at all clear. Why can't we actually have an option 'Return Features within the Full extents of the Map' like we used to have in WAB? Is there any way to edit the ''?

Ta

I think this might be a bug, though I'm not finding anything on Esri's bug reports site. I just checked an app I created over a year ago (would've been on Enterprise 10.9.1) that has spatial queries in it (including all records/full extent like you're saying), and I also see the blank option. Definitely looks weird, and unfortunately I don't have any screenshots to prove it used to say something like, "Full extent."
