Hi Stephanie,

There is no out of the box option for this type of setting. If you have content that is part of your organization either the user would need to be part of your organization or part of another organization that has cross-organizational sharing.

Cheers,

David

Hi all,

I'm building a page with Experience Builder. I'm wondering if it is possible to have an option for the public (who are not part of my organization and don't have an Arc Online account) to create a user account that is then approved. What I would like to achieve is to restrict certain content to approved users. Does such an option exist?

Thank you very much!

Are you on AGOL or Enterprise? If you have Enterprise, you do have the option of allowing public users to create their own accounts.

If you restricted access to your Experience to members of a specific group, you could use membership to that group as the "approved" status.
