Give a unique map title for each map in a 2 map design

I'm trying to figure out if there's a way to a unique map title to each of the 2 maps in my dual map design application. This picture might help to clarify things.

This is one map window that contains 2 maps which are nearly identical except for a few differences that are not noticeable immediately. One can toggle between the 2 maps in the lower left corner of the application by clicking. What I'd like to do is give each of these maps a unique title so it's easy to identify which map is active. In this example one is an Overview map and the other is designed for work at a closer scale. I might want to title one "Overview Scale" and title the other "Regular Scale". I also need to make sure the maps extents/zoom level are linked so when one map is zoomed or panned to a particular area if you click on the other map to use it the same location and scale are visible.

You can have the extent match if you have 2 map widgets. In map 1 go to action - extent changes - Map 2 - zoom to and it will follow it.
