Remove print preview extent from layers list

Hi there,

Really happy to see the new improvements to the print widget in this latest update. Thank you!

Is there anyway to remove the print extent from the layer/legend area or have it as an on/off option on the backend to allow the front end user to turn on/off preview print extents?

We like that you can do a print preview, but we don't like the wording it appears as in the layers and that you can't remove it afterward.

Hi @Lindsay ,

Currently, there is no way to remove the print preview layer from the map layer list. However, the layer name is not user-friendly and there is no need to display them in the map layers. We will hide the print preview layer from the layer list in the future.

can you help me in the custom print experience builder widget . print preview is not showing for my custom print select , if i change it to map only or any other like a-4 portrait it is working .
i want to have print preview for my custom print service custom template . please help me in this .
