Critical event management - How to Notify users, customers, employees

Good afternoon,

Is there an Esri solution/application related to Critical Event Management, that allows to notify a group of employees, users, customers, etc.

The goal is to notify by mail, text message, phone call, etc, a group of people, property owners, or facilities, querying a point layer with geocoded addresses.

There are ArcGIS Solutions for "events" here. Some of the ArcGIS Solutions do include an ArcGIS Experience component.

I haven't tried it, but I've been told that ESP Logistics has a widget for Web AppBuilder called Notify that does this - https://www.esplogisticstech.com/news/esp-logistics-technology-acquires-notify

You can send emails to ArcGIS Online org members via Python, and if you have an SMTP server you can send to other people. I've also seen code samples for sending SMS messages via Python, using external services.
