Filter widget that allows for a general last year filter.

While searching for answers to this question, I saw someone had a screenshot (below) of EXACTLY what I'm looking for. I'm creating an experience builder dashboard for yearly reporting. I do not see an 'is in the last' option. Is that a thing that is going to be implemented in the future? I would love to be able to have 'is in the last' 1 Year as an option in the filter wdiget.

More specifically, to define last year it would be Jan 1 - Dec 31st.

The four date-specific operators will only be available in AGOL-hosted services. See details in the document

Well... that's really unfortunate. I'm trying to filter service layers from Cityworks. Having this dynamic filter would open up a lot better possibilities for all users.
