Limit web map extent in Experience Builder

Is it possible to enable the functionality that limits the ability for users to zoom out too far or too close? In other words, the ability to set the allowable extent of a web map. This functionality is available in the Web App Builder. Seems like a setting could be implemented at the map level OR it could be incorporated into a setting within Experience Builder. I have read that this functionality IS available in one of the Experience Builder Templates. Please consider exposing this functionality to the Blank Grid Template.

This feature has been released on ArcGIS Online in February 2025 and will be released on ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5.
