Add an Experience Builder Arcade profile

It's great to see Arcade added to Experience Builder. Thank you ESRI. It would be even better if there was an Arcade profile for it. Right now there are no profile variables, and the Arcade expression has to return a featureset.

I was just working on a project where all I wanted was 1) a count of distinct values and 2) a list of distinct values. Without having a $feature, $map or other variable, I had to use FeaturesetByPortalItem to get at the data. Then, the part of the Arcade code to get the distinct data was pretty simple, but the expression wouldn't return the number for 1 or the list for 2. I had to convert them to featuresets, which is a lot more work than it seems it should take.

Please add an Arcade profile that can use profile variables and return text, numbers and so on, more on par with other Arcade profiles. Thanks.
