Synopsis
Enable screen reader focus and announcement support for clustered features in the Map widget.

Technical Description of the Enhancement
Currently, when using a screen reader to navigate the map, clustered features are not exposed as focusable elements. As a result, assistive technologies cannot detect, highlight, or announce clusters. The requested enhancement is to provide proper accessibility support for clusters, including keyboard focus and appropriate ARIA attributes so they can be interpreted as meaningful, interactive elements.

Ideal Workflow
Users navigating the map with a screen reader should be able to tab to clusters, hear them announced clearly (e.g., number of features in the cluster), and interact with them just as they would with individual features.

Use Case and Business Impact
Without accessible clusters, screen reader users are unaware of grouped features and cannot interact with them, creating an accessibility gap in map navigation. Adding focus and announcement support ensures equitable access to spatial information, improves usability, and supports compliance with accessibility standards across public-facing applications.
