Please develop the Select widget as one of the standalone tools. With this development, please provide parity with WAB, especially the ability to select which layers are selectable.

Yes! I'm trying to show small areas within the City, but any time someone uses the Select tool the City boundary gets selected and nothing is clear...

This or just enhancing the select tool as part of the map option is a must!

We would really like to see these capabilities in the Select Widget or elsewhere:

Press the Shift key while dragging the pointer on the map to add selected features to the selection.

Press the Ctrl key while dragging the pointer on the map to remove selected features from the selection.
