Idea:
Introduce a simple, configurable form widget in Experience Builder that allows users to input values (e.g., text, numbers, dropdowns) and pass them to actions such as the Analysis widget or custom widgets.

Why:
This would allow more intuitive, user-friendly input for custom workflows without relying on the default geoprocessing UI. This would provide a cleaner and more customizable user interface to capture these parameters.

Key Features Requested:

Configurable form fields (text, number, dropdown, date, etc.)
Submit button triggers actions
Optional input validation
Compatible with existing widgets and custom tools
Ability to report back results of action (configurable, as applicable)
