Experience Builder Draw Widget Measurement Labels Improvements

There can be improvements to the Draw Widget Measurement Labels to reduce map clutter.

Use shortened units, 'ft' instead of feet, 'm' instead of meters, 'km' instead of kilometers, etc.
Remove the measurement type prefix. There's no need to add 'Length' to the label since it's inherent from the unit

E.g., a label like "Length 10.5 kilometers" could just be "10.5 km"

Allowing the option to configure how the labels are displayed would be nice as well.
