1). What is the requested new functionality or workflow?

Ability to turn all layers within a group on or off within the map layers widget

2). Who is the primary Audience?

Individuals looking at multiple layers at once to compare features

3). Describe the ideal workflow

4). What is the impact of the proposed change on the eventual user?

I mark many different types of utilities, and use this tool daily in Web App Builder to view all utilities at once. However, at other times, I may only wish to view one or two layers. With this tool, users who wish to view all layers within a group at once will be saved time and excessive clicking if all layers do not turn on when the group is visible. Visa versa, users who only need to view one layer will also be saved time and excessive clicking if all layers do turn on when the group is visible.

This feature has a support ticket ENH-000165110 and is planned for the next 1-2 release.
