idea Predefine Filter from List in ArcGIS Experience Builder Ideas

While creating the title for this suggestion, I saw this post by @DarraghOSullivan from midyear last year. I am doing my due diligence to include it here.

It would be useful to be able to populate the predefined lists from a file or an external list for Filter widgets. To explain, the "add values" window for creating predefined lists for filter widgets is, quite frankly, very clunky - especially when adding more than 5 predefined values to the list - for several reasons: the amount of clicks it takes to setup each value, the small textbox size, not being able to create another value by pressing enter in the "Label" textbox for a value, and the fact values move up or down in the list when highlighting with the mouse, to name a few. Instead, it would be preferable if a prepared list could be uploaded to the "add values" window to quickly generate several predefined values at once.

My suggestion would be using value pairs from a CSV ("query, label"). To take it further, the CSV values could exist in sets of three ("query, label, default [yes/no]") to specify if you would like a value to be active by default. Either way, having some way to upload a prepopulated list of predefined values for a filter would greatly increase the usability of the Filter widget by making it a much less daunting task to set up.

Thank you @AaronStone_FCG for referencing my post and taking this further. I agree with your value pairs or triplets idea. It currently is very clunky and time-consuming.
