Allow coordinates to be entered for input initial view extent

When on the map widget, users should be able to enter coordinates on the Initial View Custom. When you click on Modify, you can pan and zoom, but you cannot enter coordinates. This would be helpful to keep default loading extents for multiple applications the same. If an organization has multiple Experience Builder apps, keeping the default extent on all of them would help with consistency.

I know that you can edit the extent under the General Settings of the item, but that does not appear to be related to the default map extent when loaded initially.

The default map extent option in Experience Builder loads the extent that was in use when the web map was saved. That is, the extent used when you saved the web map in the map viewer.

The extent on the settings tab (below) is used when searching for items based on location.

What happened to the custom scale setting control that WAB had. I thought ESRI was looking at like for like when reengineering the WAB widgets in EXB!! This is not happening in the majority of widgets
