Add version history to classes, properties, and methods in the API Reference

The API Reference for Experience Builder Developer Edition only shows the current version of the framework. Unless you download the previous versions of the documentation, there is no way to see when new classes, properties, and methods have been introduced. The documentation for these should include which version it was first added.

It would also be useful if a feature is retired to list what version was the last, or when it was retired/sunsetted. (Not sure how often that happens)
