Enable link to View/Page/etc based on map click

Some widgets have the ability to trigger the opening of a separate widget on click. For example, the list widget has a Set Link button that allows the user to trigger the opening of a View:

It would be really great if that can be triggered from the Map widget. I have a feature Info widget in a section view, and if I could trigger the opening of that section depending on a feature selected on the map, I could do some really neat stuff! (most importantly, develop a work around for the very inconvenient fact that the Feature Info widget can only link to one layer.

If you're using ArcGIS Online, the ability to have the feature info widget display features from multiple layers is coming in June 2024 (subject to change though).

I'm currently in the Developer Edition on Enterprise mostly, so I'll go ahead and look for that next year or so!
