More flexible SQL Expression Builder

Hello to Esri Dev!

I would like to suggest an enhancement to SQL Expression Builder in ArcGIS Experience Builder.
It would be easier if each parameter can be moved by drag-and-drop in new order after you've created it.

For example, I just come up with new parameter BUT I want this new parameter to be the first one on the filter / query widget.

What I can do for now is change all the existing parameter to rearrange their order and start to set all value again. It's quite such a pain.

This would be a great improvement; having to delete and then re-add is very frustrating.

Yes, please! It's very annoying to have to re-add filters. I have some that have many pre-defined values which take a long toime to enter in the first place. Starting again just the change the order is hugely frustrating ...
