Allow DataSource Panel to be modified using text SQL queries instead of GUI

In the DataSources tab, users have the ability to query a selection of layers or records from layers to use as filtered data sources.

To do so, users must configure SQL queries from a GUI menu under Feature Layer -> Settings ->Filter tab.

This process only allows for a GUI-like SQL configuration with dropdowns and buttons.

Sometimes my queries are quite long and complex, and it would save me so much time if I could just paste my query into a text-box alternative, such as in ArcGISPro.
