Filter widget - Allow a default SQL expression when filter is off

I'd like to have a default SQL expression to be applied when a toggle filter is "turned off".

The idea is to be able to use a toggle as a kind of before/after button so that the user can switch between two filters with a single button.

For the before/after scenario, applying two toggles (one before and one after) is not very optimal since the user needs to do at least two clicks.

This logic could work for you. Depending on what exactly you need your filters to do.
