Edit Map tools in Experience Builder similar to Web App Builder

Currently in Experience Builder, you can add map tools/widgets on a map as shown below.

Now the thing is you can't modify the settings of these tools similar to what is available in Web App Builder as shown below.

It would immensely help to have these options available in Experience Builder (as well any other ESRI apps that supports adding these tools such as maybe Hub, Instant Apps, Map Viewer and etc).

For example, recently I wanted to modify the zoom level/scale of the search tool (not widget) when you click on a searched address. But the only way to do that is to create the entire app in ArcGIS SDK for JS which is not ideal for making such small changes.

It would also be really nice to be able to move tools so that way we can put tools on one side of the map and and column or sidebar on the other side.

Would also be nice to have a setting to add empty buttons that allow for customized tools to be added to the map vs trying to set them into areas around the map window.

I'd also like the ability to freely position tools anywhere on the map.
