Print Widget - Add Graphic Layer Support to Pass as Custom Extent

Nearly 10 years ago, during the early WAB days, a user created a custom widget that allowed for the drawing of a graphic layer that would be passed to a print service / widget to provide a custom extent.

Experience Builder has improved on the OOTB print widget's capability by providing an extent preview.

That said, users would benefit from having this ability added to the core Experience Builder product's print widget.

Such an enhancement would allow users to return exactly the print view that they're seeking, rather than approximating based on scale values.

It would also be beneficial to allow users to print at a particular absolute scale. As Larry's did I think.
