Operational Dashboard is not opening (Installed with Portal for ArcGIS 10.8)

Hi There,

Operational Dashboard is not opening (Installed with Portal for ArcGIS 10.8).

When I hit the Operational Dashboard in App Launcher it just keeps searching for hours and nothing comes up.

I'm using Portal for ArcGIS 10.8 with ArcGIS Server 10.8 as Federated Server. Everything works fine for me apart from Operational Dashboard.

Please any assistance will be highly appreciated.

one item that I've had scramble with past upgrades are the redirectURIs for the arcgisonline appID. I have had to check to make sure that the DNS uri, machine name uri, our local domain uri and the the *.arcgis.com uri are all in place after upgrade:

usually just having the arcgisonline appID configured correctly handles all the other appIDs that you could register, but maybe not . . . just something to check.
