    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm attempting to publush/update services to a GIS server that i have been using for several years.&amp;nbsp; Recently when I attempt to do so, the page does not open correctly, or should I say, to it's full extent (see image).&amp;nbsp; I'm using IE9 and do not have permissions to use other web browsers.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can anyone help me figure out the issue I'm having and how to go about fixing it?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
