A “feature service” fails to display properly,

Despite the fact that the “map service” is displayed properly, its “feature service” has an issue. Only few of the features are displayed. In my understanding, the “map service” and its “feature service” should be the same.

What might be the issue?

(I noted that the only way to display the content of the “feature service” is to access the arcgis server as user.)

Hi Jamal,

A map service generates map images when requested by the layer. A feature service will return the actually features and is limited to 1000 features by default. You can adjust this when publishing the service under the Parameters tab:

However, you will take a performance hit the more you increase this number.
