I found out that I missed namespaces parameter because if I add this &amp;NAMESPACES=xmlns(xyz,</SPAN><A class="jive-link-external-small" href="https://community.esri.com/external-link.jspa?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.xyz.com" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">http://www.xyz.com</A><SPAN>) it worked. OGC says that this parameter is optional. So my question is: is it optional? Or adding a default scheme in ArcGIS Server backend do the trick?
