    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to troubleshoot some issues on our ArcGIS Server and discovered thousands of entries in the Windows Even log in the Application section that have&amp;nbsp;event code 1000 (you can filter on that),&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm wondering if this indicating a serious problem or if this is something that looks bad but is actually&amp;nbsp;common and not serious.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; We happen to be running ArcGIS&amp;nbsp;Server 10.3.1.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Faulting application name: ArcSOC.exe, version: 10.3.1.4959, time stamp: 0x5519c79f&lt;BR /&gt;Faulting module name: MSVCR90.dll, version: 9.0.30729.7523, time stamp: 0x516f78f6&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Event code 1000 is a generic Windows error&amp;nbsp;code for an application crash.&amp;nbsp; I have seen similar ArcSOC.exe errors in the Windows event log that are unrelate to feature services.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
