The ArcGISUploads/admin folder

Does ArcGIS Server manage the \\server\arcgisserver\directories\arcgissystem\arcgisuploads\admin folder? What I mean is this.

Does the software delete the subfolders when the service is deleted, or does this folder continue to "grow"?

Hi,

Following several publishing with copy data and deletion of services afterward,

ArcGISUploads/admin is now 70 Go big and does not seem to be cleaned-up even after 1440 min (default maximum file age of arcgissystem folder).

I did not find anything in the documentation about this folder. Did I miss anything ? Can I safely delete the content ?
