I feel like there is an obvious way to do this, I'm just not seeing the right button? When I create any sort of tool or script/model builder, whatever, I can easily edit the Tool Help for the tool, and each function. I was able to get this example working perfectly for an ArcGIS Server GP Service, but I want to be able to edit the tool help text the same way as I would if I was creating a tool that lives in a GDB. Here is what it looks like when I connect to the ArcGIS Server in Arc Catalog.
