I'm assuming you're working with 10.1, is that correct?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2. It also looks like you're authenticating using a Windows user, is that also correct?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3. Do you have authentication defined at the GIS tier or at the Web Tier, and do you use tokens?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Original User: ER_JAS&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've made a copy of the Export Web Map tool and set a arcgis server connection &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;[ATTACH=CONFIG]18968[/ATTACH]&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The user for this connection is added to the role at the server and can access the secure services.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;[ATTACH=CONFIG]18969[/ATTACH]&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When i use my custom print service i get an execution failed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The server log says:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Error executing tool.: Layer "Kabel": Failed to create layer from service at (and a complete list of my secure layers)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When i remove the secure layers the print task completes and shows the basemap just fine in a pdf.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What is wrong?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
