      <title>Problem configuring Data Store</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P style="background-color: #ffffff; border: 0px;"&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="background-color: #ffffff; border: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="background-color: #ffffff; border: 0px;"&gt;I have installed ArcGIS Data Store on 2 servers ( primary and a failover Secondary ) but when I try to configure the second&amp;nbsp;data store on the second server,&amp;nbsp; I get the following error "&amp;nbsp; Attempt to configure data store failed. Extended error message:&amp;nbsp; Connection timed out while waiting for the primary data store machine to become available".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="background-color: #ffffff; border: 0px;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="background-color: #ffffff; border: 0px;"&gt;The data store on primary site was configured without any error.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="background-color: #ffffff; border: 0px;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="background-color: #ffffff; border: 0px;"&gt;Datastore version 10.5.1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will also get this error if you configure your standby datastore using a different ArcGIS Servcie Account then the one being used by the primary datastore. If this is the case you can uninstall the standby datastore and re-install using the correct account. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
