    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Garima,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; the really interesting part of it all is the locations given in the error message is way outside the area of interest box i created when trying to rebuild tiles. the locations given in the error message is 100s of miles away from where im trying to rebuild tiles.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dave&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;has anyone seen these errors before?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we were able to cache about 98% of a 250gb map service that included imagery and now for some reason when we try to rebuild tiles in areas we get the follow:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG class="image-1 jive-image" src="https://community.esri.com/legacyfs/online/503726_pastedImage_1.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dave&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dave,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you checked the image data renders at the extents provided? Please try to&amp;nbsp;create a dynamic image service or add&amp;nbsp;the image source in ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro&amp;nbsp;to ensure it renders at the scale of the extents in the error logs. It seems ArcGIS Server to access the source data which is causing cache generation to fail.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;--Garima&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
