Polyline feature class Unable to synchronize replica

Hi everyone
We have a two way replica. This replica was syncing smoothly when in ArcGIS 10.4.1.
We upgraded to ArcGIS 10.7, then and found that after the transition, some polyline layers did not sync.
When we delete the replica completely and recreate it, it synchronizes for a while without any problems, but it does not synchronize again within 3-4 days.

it does not give any errors during synchronization.
I can see from the log records that it has successfully synchronized.

SQL Server Management Studio 15.0.18206.0 (V18.4)

Hi everyone

Dataset name and features class name must not be the same!
ArcGIS did not fail in version 10.4.1, but it causes errors in version 10.7
We had to do a lot of testing to detect this error.
do not make such a name similarity!

I think arcgis should issue a patch for this because we didn't get this error in arcgis 10.7.1 version.
