Offline maps and sync operation with iOS API

Hi everybody.

We need help with offline sync.

We are using MSSQL Server R2 2012 (Microsoft SQL Server Standard (64-bit)) and ArcGIS Server 10.2.2. When we are trying to do sync operation, sometimes is appeared in log that sync operation is failed and this error log. Do you know someone, why? What is wrong? What is done in background of sync replica?

Items in error log:

Error executing tool.: ErrorMsg@SyncGPService:{"code":500,"description":"Failed to synchronize."} Failed to execute (Sync Feature Service Replica).

An error occurred.

Failed to synchronize.

Error: Failed to export data changes to replica.

Have you seen this? 2282 - ArcGIS 10.3.1 for (Desktop, Engine, Server) Feature Service Sync Performance Patch

It's for 10.3.1 but it did the trick for me and i had the same issue.

I had installed this SP:

Esri Support 10.2 (10.2.1, 10.2.2)

but without success. Issue is still valid.

It blocks us very much. Do you have some idea how to solve it?

It's really hard to say with that one error message. My only recommendation would be to turn the log level up on your server and see you can get some more information on the error.
