SDE layer not published as Feature Layer when using Branch Versioning + Archiving + Relationship Class

Hi,

I have a map service published from ArcGIS Pro to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1 with Feature Access enabled. My map contains two layers:

SDE.arbres (Origin in relationship) → published as both Map Image Layer and Feature Layer
SDE.historique (Destination in relationship) → published as Map Image Layer ONLY

Both layers have:

SDE.historique is the Destination in a One-to-Many Relationship Class with SDE.arbres.

Why is SDE.historique not available as a Feature Layer? Is it related to the Relationship Class (Destination role), the archiving, or both?
