Webhook log: Error in Webhook Processor. init WebhookProcessors failed.

Hi everyone,

After recently upgrading from ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5 to 12.0, we're getting the following error in the ArcGIS Server Manager logs at SEVERE level.

Webhook log: Error in Webhook Processor. init WebhookProcessors failed. FS Webhook processor init failed Connecting to queue : ec13549e-4b78-4a43-9d2c-fe7eb413b4b6_FS_Raw_Events_Queue failed. Could not create a queue with id : [ec13549e-4b78-4a43-9d2c-fe7eb413b4b6_FS_Raw_Events_Queue] Connection refused: getsockopt.

We'd appreciate any help in resolving it.

Are we getting this error almost every hour, if that's the case you can follow the following article: https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/arcgis-server-logs-indicate-severe-message-about-webhoo-000031943 which gives steps on how to disable Webhook processor.
