WebApp Builder struck in a loop after modifying the token expiration time

Hello Community,

I have observed a rather odd behavior where if we modify the maxTokenExpirationMinutes property from /portal/sharing/rest from -1 to 10 or some other value and logout from /portal/sharing/rest and then log back in to /portal/home and create an application using WebApp builder, it just loads in an endless loop.

Once I set the token expiration back to -1 then the WebApp builder loads as expected. I have tested this in 10.9.1 and 11.5.

Was wondering if this is an expected behavior

I think you might be encountering this BUG-000148016 for Portal for ArcGIS. I would advise you to reach out to Esri Support.
