    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm newer to ArcGIS than most, so when this happened to me yesterday, I immediately contacted ESRI Support ( submitted a ticket ). I attempted a few things that they suggested, but nothing resolved he issue. However, they were kind enough to inform me ( twice ) that they didn't see the issue since it wasn't happening to them. Great support!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone had the scenario with ArcGIS Enterprise Patch Notification where you installed an available patch, but then it still shows that is available and also that it was installed?       <description>&lt;P&gt;This issue happens a few times a year with ArcGIS Enterprise. Usually Esri will release a Patch B about a month later that does not do anything other than fix the listing in the Patch Notification app. I have seen/experienced this mostly with ArcGIS Server. I cannot remember a Patch B that ever said the initial patch installation did not apply correctly when a patch still shows up in the Available Updates section after it was installed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The ArcGIS Server Reconcile and Post Consistently Patch is still showing in the Available Updates section for me as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just a quick follow-up to my previous post... I was able to successfully apply the patch by...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Adding scan exclusions to the ArcGIS directories&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Shutting down the ArcGIS Server service&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Executing the update from the Command Prompt as an administrator&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;After the update completed, I completely shut down the instance&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;After waiting 20 sends or so, I started the instance back up&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;After waiting 5 minutes, I checked to make sur that the server came back on line&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know these items have been mentioned before, but this was the only way I could get the latest patch installed and be recognized as being installed:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
