Will Web Adaptor 11.3 work with ASP.NET Core Runtime Windows Hosting Bundle 9.0.4?

Hi all,

I'm upgrading Enterprise single machine deployment from 11.1 to 11.3. I see the prerequisites for Web Adaptor as ASP.NET Core Runtime Windows Hosting Bundle 8.x

I feel like my server did some sort of auto update because now I have 9.0.4 and I didn't install that newer version. (I had 8.0.13 on there). Will Web Adaptor 11.3 install and work with ASP.NET Core Runtime Windows Hosting Bundle 9.x? Do I have to have 8.x and 9.x installed?
