I know that ArcMap 10.2 can connect to PostgreSQL and that I may be prompted for an ArcGIS Server authorization file when using the Create/Enable Geodatabase tool in ArcMap or ArcCatalog. </P><UL style="list-style-type: disc;"><LI>Amazon supports hosting ArcGIS Server.
