Measurement between selected features

In ArcGIS Enterprise, is there a way to select two features from a layer plotted to the map and calculate the distance between them?

I note there is a measurement tool. However this appears to rely on a manually selecting locations by crosshair which is as accurate as the mouse operator. I had hoped for the tool to support picking the coordinates from selected features themselves.

I don't believe this is possible in just the web map itself, but it is possible by using the measurement tool in Experience Builder starting with ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4+ or the ExB Developer edition 1.5+.

If you're using Pro, you can use some proximity related tools.

You can use the Find Nearest tool uses either a line distance or a travel mode to measure between input features and near features.
