Hey @MaxBöcke3

I believe it is possible to install them on the same machine, but it is not recommended as the resource utilization would possibly bring the servers down, see the Note here: https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/data-store/11.4/install/windows/install-data-store.htm

In this case, it looks like the server is unable to reach the files you've configured for the config store. In this case, the administrative account may not be enough to actually allow the configuration file to be exposed to the server. In this case, you may need to go to the config file and actually add the permissions to the folder using the Properties -> Security which would then give the service account the required permissions.

You may also contact Esri support, as they're more than likely familiar with these situations and could immediately point you to the right area to make these changes, but they may push on the separate servers for the data stores!

Cody

Yes.

One additional note: it is not possible to (directly) install Object Store on a machine that already has a relational data store installed. This could be an issue if you had both relational and tile cache store in the same machine in the past and now want to migrate to object store. It is also not possible to define another config folder location. Object store will use the same one than relational datastore if installed on the same machine.
Take a look at my Lessons learned on the Object store topic here: Solved: Configure ArcGIS Object datastore in High Availabi... - Esri Community
